Top 10: Places for Star Wars fans to visit

As Obi-Wan Kenobi launches on Disney Plus it’s time to live your Star Wars adventure in a galaxy (hopefully not so) far, far away (from you).

1. Madame Tussauds, London

Meet your fav heroes and villains in this unique, immersive experience. Join Han Solo in the infamous Mos Eisley Cantina or go ‘saber-to-saber’ with Anakin Skywalker as he turns to the dark side.

2. Galaxy’s Edge, Florida

Live out your own Star Wars story, fly the Millennium Falcon, join the resistance, build your own lightsaber and feast on galactic favourites.

3. Elstree Studio, Borehamwood

5 of the Star Wars films were filmed at the Elstree studios and stage 1 and 2 are even named The George Lucas Stage. As a working studio tours aren’t currently available, however you can get a good view of the stage from the Tesco carpark next door!

4. Letterman Digital Arts Center, San Francisco

Founded in 1975 by George Lucas, ILM is the leading effects facility in the world, serving the motion picture. Pop along to the 17 acre park and say hi to the iconic Yoda fountain.

6. The Cocktail Club, London

Inspired by a selection of the biggest blockbusters films, Clapham boasts movie-set style booths to snap a photo in. Fancy sipping a drink on the Death Star?

7. Jedi Training, London

Armed with a lightsaber your instructor (personal Yoda) will teach you sequence footwork to get you ready to battle a Sith lord. This intergalactic workshop is the best stag do or birthday activity.
